In this role, you will be approaching existing merchants over the phone, to up-sell other products from SumUp’s ecosystem. 

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Contacting merchants and identifying opportunities to leverage multiple SumUp products
  • Maintaining accurate records of interactions, update prospect information and track outreach efforts in the CRM system
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their ongoing needs and ensure that the customer utilizes the products to their fullest potential.

You’ll be great for this role if you have: 

  • At least 6 months experience in a cold call based role 
  • Previous experience as an SDR a plus 
  • Team First approach
  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English
  • Strong target achievement orientation
