How you will contribute

  • Monthly control and coordination of payroll results for Germany
  • Support of the team with technically relevant settings in e.g. Service Now
  • Responsibility for communication with ADP and the management of service requests
  • Provision of information for relevant stakeholders in accordance with company agreements
  • Management of a 5-person team in the daily work processes of the payroll administrators
  • Continue to set up a knowledge database for the German payroll team
  • Preparation and provision of payroll-relevant data for local authorities such as the Integration Office, Federal Statistical Office,
  • Support with SOX controls and internal and external audits


What you will bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in:

  • Completed, relevant commercial vocational training or similar
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar position and area of responsibility
  • Payroll relevant knowledge of legal frameworks
  • Team leader experience
  • German fluent level, English advanced level
  • MS Office knowledge advanced
