Junior Legal Specialist
Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Legal Specialist to join our legal team. The successful candidate will support compliance activities, contract drafting and review, and ensure compliance with national and international regulations related to digital services, data protection (GDPR), and intellectual property.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the legal team in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts and licensing agreements.
- Provide support on legal matters related to data protection (GDPR) and information security.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
- Monitor regulatory changes in the IT and telecommunications sectors.
- Participate in corporate compliance management and activities related to intellectual property protection.
- Prepare documentation and provide support in managing legal disputes and conflict resolution.
- Assist in due diligence operations and provide legal support for mergers and acquisitions

Skills:
- Degree in Law.
- 1-2 years of experience in legal roles, preferably in the ICT sector or tech companies.
- Basic knowledge of GDPR, intellectual property, and commercial law.
- Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work in an international, multitasking environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
