Who we are looking for
A detail-oriented and driven Junior IT Support Engineer with a passion for PC, software, and problem-solving.
As part of our growing technical support team, you will focus on resolving 2nd line incidents, managing escalations from 1st line, and providing dedicated support to VIP users across the Business. You will gain hands-on experience with Active Directory, Exchange, Citrix, and Microsoft technologies while transitioning from 1st to 2nd line support.
Since we operate 24/7, this role follows a shift pattern to ensure on-site support at all times. You will troubleshoot issues, escalate complex cases to 3rd line teams, and maintain mobile assets used across the Business, ensuring they remain fully operational and up to date.
This is a Junior role, ideal for someone eager to take on new challenges and develop their technical expertise in a fast-paced environment.
The salary range for this position is $52,000 - $60,000 annually.
This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company's hybrid working from home policy.

Preferred skills and experience
Proven experience in Active Directory administration.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems such as XP, Vista, 7, and 10.
Proven experience in exchange administration.
Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to evolving systems.
Proven experience in Citrix administration.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication skills.
Effective team player.
Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
Previous experience in 1st or 2nd line roles.
Main Responsibilities
Resolving 2nd line incidents.
Seeking assistance from Engineers and Seniors for complex issues.
Resolving VIP incidents and completing VIP requests.
Completing system maintenance, alongside overnight escalations and call outs.
Managing the domain portfolio.
Managing mobile assets.
Creating and maintaining Active Directory groups.
Applying and maintaining folder permissions or shared drives.
Managing inbound and outbound mail flow.
