The Job

The Junior IT Support Administrator is responsible for providing technical support to end-users, assisting in the maintenance of IT systems, and ensuring the smooth operation of hardware and software.

What You’ll Do

  • Implement security protocols that safeguard our systems and prepare them for optimal user experience

  • Source, configure and deploy IT hardware solutions that power our organisational capabilities

  • Create and support dynamic workstations for both in-office and remote team members

  • Maintain and optimise our digital communication infrastructure including internet, intranet, and VoIP systems

  • Support Salesforce operations through data management, analysis and system administration

  • Deliver solutions for cases managed through our Salesforce platform

  • Design and prepare comprehensive IT onboarding packages that welcome new team members

  • Develop Simpro Group environments for new team members and demonstration purposes

  • Orchestrate digital access across multiple platforms and manage the full technology lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding

  • Maintain accurate digital and physical asset inventories through regular audits and tracking systems

  • Provide responsive troubleshooting and technical support across our technology ecosystem

  • Document and refine IT processes to ensure operational excellence and knowledge transfer

  • Identify and implement improvements to systems, processes and practices

  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and performance excellence

  • Assist with general office setup to make the environment a great place to work
