The Position
Junior IT Business Analyst
Have you recently completed your studies, a course, or an internship in the IT industry and want to continue developing in this field? Are you looking to start or re-start your career? At Roche, we offer a hybrid work model that balances flexibility with in-person collaboration. Currently, we ask employees to work from one of our offices (Warsaw or Poznań) an average of two days per week. These in-office days may vary depending on business needs, such as workshops, conferences, team meetings, or other collaborative events.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for two Junior Business Analysts to join our Drug Product Development team. You’ll be part of a dynamic environment where we create smart, effective solutions that support clinical study teams, data managers, and other key stakeholders in developing and delivering innovative treatments to patients. As a Junior IT Business Analyst, you’ll gain hands-on experience, learn the fundamentals of business analysis, and contribute to impactful projects—all with the support and mentorship of seasoned professionals.

Who You Are

Curiosity and ability to quickly learn new business domains or technical topics

Foundational experience in business analysis (e.g., requirements gathering, documentation, prioritization, running workshops, creating mockups)

Understanding of the software development lifecycle

Experience collaborating across multiple business areas

Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in improving them

Ability to recognize stakeholder needs and build effective working relationships

Self-driven, eager to learn, and confident in challenging ideas constructively

Hands-on experience in the healthcare or life sciences industry
