About the position
The HRBP Jr for our Global Operations population supports people initiatives and strategies across Kraft Heinz Global Operations Functions.
This role also has ownership of several P&P excellence projects (engagement for salaried employees, support People cycle, L&D. The HRBP provides direct HR support and direction to the corporate function team, including the Global leaders for the functional areas (for example VP and Head of functions), You'll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level and to get exposure of different stakeholders in global and zone's role. This role reports directly to the Head of People & Performance Global Operations, Cristina Arima.
In brief, you are responsible for:

  • Collaborate with various departments, offering hands-on support in employee relations, talent management, performance management, and HR initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted HR advisor for employees and managers, addressing general HR queries.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies, ensuring compliance with company standards and labor laws.
  • Support the performance appraisal process by guiding employees and managers on best practices.
  • Assist in identifying training and development needs, working with L&D teams to create employee career and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to support hiring processes for key roles.
  • Generate reports on key HR metrics, such as turnover, engagement, and performance trends.
  • Lead the global townhall agenda and content with L1 stakeholders.


Expected Experience & Required Skills

  • Minimum 2+ years of dynamic HR experience or People Oriented Experience.
  • Supply Chain and Business knowledge, with focus on Operations.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Ability to understand business financials and where HR can make an impact.
  • Ability to influence and align strategy around talent capability and behaviors.
  • Proven record of partnering at different levels within an organization (local/zones).
  • Robust analytical skillset.
  • Success in supporting change management efforts in a matrix environment.
  • Basic knowledge of core HR services and ability to partner with HR centers of excellence, including talent acquisition, compensation, employee relations, and benefits.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

This role is based in Amsterdam and requires full time - 40 hours per week.
