Job Description
We are seeking an skilled Junior HR Business Partner to join our DACH and East HR team based out in Warsaw (Poland).
You will be working with the HR and will be part of the Europe & Latam team to enable us to support the business fully. This role offers a hybrid working model. The ideal candidate will be proactive, with a good comprehension of HR practices and the ability to drive HR initiatives that boost the business strategy.
The tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and maintain productive working relationships, providing HR advice to management and employees, ensuring HR policies and procedures are followed.
- Follow our recruitment processes, including interviewing, extending offers and coordinating the onboarding process.
- Deliver our monthly HR Induction to all new starters
- Manage and resolve complexed ER cases whilst prioritizing and juggling a varied and busy workload, mitigating risk to the business.
- Deliver manager training programs, both virtually and in person.
- Provide coaching and advice to managers to improve their performance and career growth
- Implement global strategies for succession planning and talent management.
- Develop and maintain effective internal communication channels to keep employees informed and engaged.
- Work collaboratively with the European and Global HR team on transformation projects and HR initiatives.
- Hands on approach to tackle everything from administration to coaching conversations whilst we transform the HR organization.
- Draft, review, and update HR policies to align with organizational goals and legal requirements.
- Appreciate business needs and influence managers to implement initiatives and changes in practice.
- Advocate best practice data and systems management and contribute to continuous improvement of our HR systems and practices.
- Work with the HR Shared Service Centre (HRSSC) and raise employee lifecycle change tickets to help with the administration and maintenance of HR data and information systems.
- Help to ensure timely data reporting and analytics generation for the business stakeholders.
- International assistance within the framework of a central matrix organization.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years’ experience working as a HR Business Partner, HR Generalist or HR Advisor role.
- History of working complexed Employee Relations (ER) cases and a solid knowledge of Polish employment law and of current HR best practices.
- Experience in working international with supra-regional teams within the framework of an enterprise organization.
- History working with HR Shared Service Centers (SSC).
- Native polish, and fluency in English is a must have.
- Knowledge of German language will be an asset.
- Good knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems will be a plus.
- Confidence to challenge senior stakeholders as appropriate and when necessary.
- Ability to push back at the business and provide good business rationale for challenging and advising alternative options.
- Empathy and high emotional intelligence with the ability to build relationships and work with people at all levels, with a flexible approach to work.
- Aptitude in problem-solving and multitasking whilst remaining calm under pressure.
- Proven history of working on transformation and project related activity.
