Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Geotechnical Engineer to support senior engineers in reporting and analysis for various projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background and a keen interest in advancing their career in geotechnical engineering. This position is open to recent graduates or MSc students who have completed their coursework.

  • Collaborate with the geotechnical engineering team to support foundation design, analysis, and calculations.
  • Determine geotechnical design parameters by analyzing site and laboratory test results.
  • Learn and implement geotechnical remediation techniques under the guidance of experienced engineers.
  • Conduct slope stability, settlement, and liquefaction analyses for various projects.
  • Develop knowledge of seismic hazard analyses, site-specific seismic parameters, and soil classification.
  • Gain proficiency in geotechnical software, including Plaxis, Allpile, Group2019, Phase2, Rocscience Settle3d, etc.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s in Geotechnical Engineering preferred).
  • Recent graduate with a strong academic background.
  • Passionate, enthusiastic, and motivated to pursue a career in geotechnical engineering.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English.
  • Exposure to geotechnical site investigations (experience with solar farms, wind turbines, or industrial areas is a plus).
  • Familiarity with geotechnical software tools is advantageous.
  • Open to domestic and international travel.
  • Quick learner with adaptability in dynamic environments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to collaborate and follow senior engineers' guidance.
