About the Role:
You will report to Design Lead
The successful candidate will be joining an innovative, growing Design team supporting on a range of internal and client briefs. This is a fast, fluid and exciting team where no two days are the same
Main day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Deliver full spectrum asset development for our clients. Ranging from branded social content for a major sporting partnership to printed out of home for globally recognised music festivals.
- Provide innovative mock ups, creative concepts and key visuals to bring our teams brilliant ideas to life.
- Design high-calibre credentials presentations, pitch-winning client proposals, and internal stakeholder decks for senior management.
- Design and deliver impactful event collateral for both internal and external events.
- Work closely with all Fuse departments to ensure consistent brand usage across the agency.
- Support the New Business and Marketing team through innovative template solutions and bespoke design across all digital channels.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Some experience in a design role.
- An understanding of fundamental design principles, laying the groundwork for effective and aesthetically pleasing visual communication.
- Calm under pressure with a pro-active, positive attitude and eye for details others might miss.
- Proficiency with Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- A basic understanding of motion graphics (After Effects/Premiere Pro) or a knowledge of prototyping tools (Figma/XD) and Rich Media (HTML5) are not essential but a bonus.
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office environment, most importantly PowerPoint.
- Knowledge and understanding of the print process, colour theory, and digital design standards.
- Comfortable working collaboratively or alone, across multiple projects simultaneously, consistently delivering quality work within tight deadlines.
- Demonstrates eagerness to learn and develop design skills and techniques, showcasing a commitment to personal and professional growth.

You need to have an ability & willingness to work flexibly, usually in the London office, with occasional UK travel, on site at events and some weekend work.
This is a full-time role & you must be eligible to work in the UK.
