Duties and Responsibilities

Match and allocate the received payments in accordance with the Company’s Cash Allocation Authority Matrix

Follow premium chasing, escalation, and cancellation procedures according to the set workflow and KPIs.

Execute all operational tasks including but not limited to (filing proof of payment, chasing/escalation, and cancellation emails) efficiently and accurately, per company's Credit Control Policy and Procedure manual.

Maintain communication with external (brokers/clients) and internal departments including the Underwriting, Claims, Finance, MI departments for smooth operations.

Track premium on core system after chaser, escalation, NOC “Notice of Cancellation”, or cancellation.

Generate premium invoices upon request, in coordination with Underwriting and Underwriting Operations teams.

Complete additional duties assigned by Credit Control Supervisor/Manager as needed.
Job Specifications

Academic Qualifications: Preferred Bachelor’s Degree

Experience Required: 0-1 years of experience

Languages: Fluent in English, both written and oral

Key Competencies Good computer skills including Microsoft office, attention to details, financial knowledge
