As a Junior Content Writer at Infobip, you will play a crucial role as part of the Global Content Marketing Team by creating high-quality, engaging, and informative content that aligns with our brand and resonates with our target audience. Your excellent writing skills and enthusiasm for creating compelling content, and passion for innovation will contribute to our content marketing efforts and drive awareness of our products and services. You will collaborate with the rest of the team, SEO expert, product marketers and web team to deliver impactful content across various platforms.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Content creation: Produce well-written and original content, including blog posts, website copy, and email campaigns, under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Research: Conduct thorough research on industry trends, target audience preferences, and competitors to develop content that meets the needs of our audience.
  • SEO optimization: Apply SEO best practices and keyword research to enhance the discoverability and search rankings of our content.
  • Editing and proofreading: Collaborate with senior content writers to edit and refine content, ensuring accuracy, grammar, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Content distribution: Assist in content distribution across various channels, including social media platform, BipSpace, BipNews, and email marketing.
  • Content performance: Monitor content performance metrics and provide insights to improve content effectiveness.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the content marketing team to align content with overall marketing strategies and campaigns.

 
Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in English, journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field.
  • Exceptional writing and grammar skills demonstrated through writing samples or a portfolio.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and an eagerness to learn and apply SEO best practices.
  • Knowledge of content marketing trends and strategies.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Quick at learning content management systems (CMS) and basic image editing tools.
