Job Description
As a Junior Consultant, you will configure and support products sold by the organisation such, workforce management systems (UKG WFM), and contract lifecycle management (CLM) processes. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience, work with experienced professionals, and grow within the organisation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
UKG Workforce Management (WFM):
- Assist in the configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of UKG WFM solutions.
- Support workforce management activities such as timekeeping, scheduling, payroll integration, and compliance tracking.
- Work with HR and IT teams to optimize UKG WFM functionality and improve business processes.
- Help analyze and resolve issues related to workforce data, system performance, and security settings.
- Assist in user training and documentation for UKG WFM processes.
Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM):
- Support the end-to-end contract lifecycle process, from contract creation to renewal/termination.
- Assist in managing contract templates, version control, and approvals.
- Help implement and maintain CLM software solutions for contract tracking and automation.
- Monitor contract performance and identify key milestones, renewal dates, and obligations.
- Collaborate with legal, procurement, and IT teams to enhance contract management efficiency.
- Ensure contract data integrity and assist in generating contract reports for management.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
Educational Qualifications:
Essential
- Tertiary IT qualification (Certificate / Diploma / Degree)
- Must be an Arabic speaker and a Saudi national
- Must be conversational in the English language.
Advantageous
- 1-2 years IT working experience
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in IT Security, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Software Development, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles, network security, and secure coding practices.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript.
- Awareness of security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, OWASP).
- Interest in UKG Workforce Management (WFM) and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of cloud security and infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
