What will you be doing in this role?
- Analysis of Business requirements.
- Prepare documentation of Business requirements.
- Business model analysis.
- Business process analysis.
- Business processes modelling.
- Functional requirements and business cases analysis.
- Risk analysis.
- Assistance in Business cases, Vision documents, Project Charters and Security Plans.
- Develop, maintain and optimize reports.
- Accountable for providing accurate and timely the dashboard/reports and KPI tracking (e.g. reach metrics).
- Supporting and accompanying the users in the right understanding and use of all data (info sessions, trainings, …).
- Aggregate and organize data from different sources such as Google Analytics, search, big query, SAP BO, etc.
What will you be bringing to the team?
- Hold a Bachelor's degree
- Have a minimum 3 years of experience in IT, at least 1 year as a Business Analyst
- Knowledge of information systems matters.
- Knowledge of large organization administrative business processes (public administration and European studies recommended).
- Knowledge of analysis/modelling tools and techniques such as Python, R, SQL.
- Strong skills with synthesizing large amounts of data, translate findings into clear insights and communicate these convincingly.
- Knowledge in analyzing customer segments, e.g. experiencing a specific product problem.
- Knowledge of wiki, collaborative sites and social networks.
- Good to very good knowledge of MS-Office.
- Have experience with Analytics and BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI.
- An asset is the experience with Qlik, Looker Studio Google, mobile app tools.
- Technical and business-related analysis, complemented by data analysis experience.
- Ability to give business and technical presentations.
- Ability to work autonomously, managing his/her own workload independently, providing status updates, liaising with others and escalating issues as appropriate.
- Aptitude to foster positive relationships.
- Proficiency in English language at C1 level.
- Proficiency in French language at B2 level.
