About the Role
Dentons Baku is seeking a talented and motivated Junior Associate to join our growing legal practice. Our team consists of highly specialized lawyers, recognized for their expertise across various sectors. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on complex and innovative legal matters, collaborate with colleagues across Dentons Europe offices, and contribute to the continued success of our firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal support and advice to clients on a range of matters.
- Assist in drafting legal opinions, contracts, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant legal developments and regulations.
- Liaise with clients and external parties on legal matters.
- Work closely with senior colleagues on legal projects and initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (foreign legal education is an advantage).
- At least 2 years of experience in a law firm or consultancy firm.
- Proficiency in English and Azerbaijani.
- Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Motivation and dedication to developing a career in law.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment and collaborate effectively with global teams.
