YOUR MISSION

As our Jr Paid Social Specialist, you will manage user acquisition across several markets, and coordinate directly with multiple teams, including data science & analytics, tooling, design, and local marketing teams.

You have knowledge in performance marketing for mobile app users, segmentation and cohort analysis, marketing automation tools, and re-targeting. Strategic, analytical, and creative skills are desired as the role is expected to significantly drive overall company success. We are looking for someone who loves being hands-on, is eager to learn, likes solving problems, and thrives in a fast-paced and execution-focused environment

THE JOURNEY

  • Be responsible for user acquisition across several markets on 3+ channels.
  • Create, optimize, and analyze performance marketing campaigns across channels like Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, etc. 
  • Optimize towards all post-install metrics (down funnel from install to LTV) and analyze what is driving performance for your markets.
  • Work cross-departmental (design, local marketing teams, BI, Martech) to define the best strategy for Paid Social campaigns.
  • Measure the success of all performance campaigns and adapt budgets. 
  • Manage impactful projects that span multiple teams and have the potential to significantly increase the acquisition of your channels.
  • Drive excellence across markets you are responsible for and communicate results and best practices to the team.
  • Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop, and make a difference
  • Work closely with an experienced team of marketers and analysts across several Performance Marketing channels such as Display, SEM, ASA, and the rest of programmatic.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • 2+ years of performance marketing experience for a mobile app or e-commerce company, ideally specified in mobile user acquisition and mobile analytics.
  • Knowledge of all common mobile ad tech platforms (Meta, Google, and beyond).
  • Familiarity with attribution measurement tools, as well as UA automation tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting, driving insights, and data-driven optimization.
  • Ability to adapt in an ever-changing environment - balancing intense attention to detail with a swift turnaround while working in a collaborative, positive manner.
  • A Strong drive for continuous improvement.
  • Creative and a self-starter mentality.
  • Fluency in English (other languages are a bonus).

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of Google Display (UAC/YouTube) and Paid Search.
  • Experience in tools such as Adjust, Tableau, and Smartly.
