Coface Bucharest Shared Services Center - a constantly growing team of enthusiastic experts covers daily various processes and roles for Coface entities for all European regions. We do service multiple business lines from commercial to finance and technical with our more than 100 people speaking French, English, German, Italian, Spanish and Romanian. Job Description
Your Role:
- Allocating bank statemets;
- Booking invoices and expence sheets;
- Allocating payments;
- Involved in group and clients correspondence;
- Confirming balances;
- Offering Support on month end & year end closing activities;
- Offering Support to the finance team with other specific tasks.
- Managing monthly invoicing and preparation of invoicing reports.
Qualifications
Who You Are:
- Mandatory graduate accounting / economics profile University;
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience or in a similar role;
- Basic accounting and fiscal knowledge;
- Good Excel knowledge;
- Fluency in English (oral and written – with a minimum level of B2).
- Analytical thinking, well organized and good attention to details;
- Team oriented, enthusiastic and flexible;
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Previous experience of SAP would be an asset.
