All about the role:
This role is responsible for the growth and development of assigned accounts through commercial strategies and tactics that ensure the Sell in / Sell Out cycle. Increase brand participation through portfolio expansion and introduction of new categories, efficient use of investments for product competitiveness, as well as coordination of point-of-sale activities and training. Develop and open new accounts as needed by the market.

This role is located in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
What you’ll do:

Develop assigned accounts through the execution of various commercial strategies such as portfolio introduction and expansion, point-of-sale activities, sales promotions, contests, and incentives for customers.

Prospect and develop new clients that meet the requirements and share Electrolux's philosophy to ensure the development of different commercial channels.

Responsible for executing the monthly sales volume in assigned accounts with an ideal accuracy level of 85% or higher.

Manage the sell in / sell out for assigned accounts, collaborating with the local Trade Marketing team for resource allocation and activities that ensure inventory rotation for clients.

Execute the Trade deals budget assigned to accounts, ensuring maximum resource utilization.

Coordinate training activities for assigned accounts.

Work with the local marketing department to coordinate and execute brand promotion activities and/or new product and category launches.

Monitor market trends such as new competitors, prices, and new products.
Minimum Qualifications:

Associate degree required, a bachelor's degree is preferred.

3+ years of sales experience.

Excellent communication and writing skills.
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
