We will count on you to:
- Work with International, Regional, and Local business teams to drive deliverables across Latin America.
- Engage with stakeholders across Latin America to understand their needs and document requirements for Affinity projects, well as creating visual representations of business processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee and provide project management support to for key internal projects including commercial, operations, digital processes, customer experiences, and data. This includes undertaking regular workstreams and project meetings, documenting and following up on actions and risks identified from the meetings.
- Assist Senior Project Managers in drafting Business Cases documentation for governance initiatives.
- Interact and maintain ongoing communication at the appropriate levels within the team as well as with the stakeholders.
- Prepare content for stewardship meetings to show program performance and project development.
- Manage and record all activities and documentation in appropriate systems.
What you need to have:
- College Degree in Business Administration, Actuarial Sciences or similar.
- Recently graduated or no more than 4 years experience.
- Proficient in English Language (Advanced)
- Project management and business analysis skills with basic understanding of insurance principles.
- Ability to analyze financial and non-financial data.
- Ability to define, develop and articulate project objectives and scope.
- Ability to present ideas and complex information clearly and confidently to stakeholders and manage their expectations.
- Proven record of analytical and problem-solving skills in previous work settings and/or through extracurricular activities.
- Strong time and organization skills, ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines with can-do attitude.
- A highly collaborative and team-oriented attitude.
- Proactive and flexible approach to work and be comfortable with a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office – Microsoft Project, Visio, Power BI, Word, Excel PowerPoint, Outlook
