Overview:

This role requires experience with automation tools and portals and involves daily interaction with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret and analyze project requirements, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
• Perform detailed analyses to identify and resolve project-related issues.
• Supervise and maintain requirements traceability information, keeping accurate records of requirements status.
• Utilize automation tools and portals to enhance project management processes.
• Interface with clients daily to understand their needs and provide project updates.
• Support project management activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals and deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience or an Associate's Degree in a related field.
• Experience with automation tools and portals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
• DoD Cyberspace work role: Program Manager (801); proficiency level: Basic IAW DoDM 8140 series.
