Job Description:

  • Assist in developing and executing the GTM strategy and plan for assigned products and solutions.
  • Support the creation and implementation of product marketing plans, customer segmentation, and target planning.
  • Help define value propositions and support customer activation, onboarding, and success processes.
  • Monitor market share, revenue, and GP for assigned products.
  • Assist in arranging and carrying out product training programs.
  • Provide support to the sales organization with product knowledge and application guidance.
  • Facilitate discussions across the business to support product line sales.
  • Help manage relationships with suppliers and support existing partnerships.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product growth.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of product documentation and training materials.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years’ experience in product management, marketing, or a related field.
  • Background in Mining Engineering or significant mining operations experience.
  • Basic knowledge of heavy equipment, construction, mining, or power systems is an asset.
  • Experience with marketing, program management, or change management is a plus.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and support senior product managers.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
