Job Description:
- Assist in developing and executing the GTM strategy and plan for assigned products and solutions.
- Support the creation and implementation of product marketing plans, customer segmentation, and target planning.
- Help define value propositions and support customer activation, onboarding, and success processes.
- Monitor market share, revenue, and GP for assigned products.
- Assist in arranging and carrying out product training programs.
- Provide support to the sales organization with product knowledge and application guidance.
- Facilitate discussions across the business to support product line sales.
- Help manage relationships with suppliers and support existing partnerships.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product growth.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of product documentation and training materials.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years’ experience in product management, marketing, or a related field.
- Background in Mining Engineering or significant mining operations experience.
- Basic knowledge of heavy equipment, construction, mining, or power systems is an asset.
- Experience with marketing, program management, or change management is a plus.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and support senior product managers.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
