In this role, you will contribute to the growth strategies within the Away From Home (AFH) sector across Europe and Pacific developed markets, directly reporting to the AFH Growth Platform Manager.
We seek a strategic problem solver with a creative edge and a hands-on approach, comfortable in managing relationships across various levels and familiar with both media and technical communication. About The Position
In brief, you will be responsible for:

  • Support the development and execution of the AFH EPDM Portfolio and communication strategies.
  • Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and support product-market strategies within the AFH business framework.
  • Collaborate in the agile product development process from ideation to market launch, ensuring strategic alignment and effective communication.
  • Drive enhancements in existing product performance through innovative commercial strategies, while also managing the phase-out of underperforming products.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, and sales, to ensure stellar execution of plans in the local market.


Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a relevant field
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in consumer marketing, culture, new product ideas, and trends
  • Ability to synthesize data into insights and to build compelling cases.
  • Strong communication skills to listen, understand and influence senior partners
  • Ability to simplify and understand complex legislative changes
  • Ability to work in partnership with multiple internal functions
  • Fluency in English
