What you will do
- Plan complex plant installations including media supply for semiconductor production
- Systematic analysis of installation sites and shop floor layouts
- Layout planning of shop floor layouts and clean rooms in close cooperation with all stakeholders (e.g. Facility Management, Production)
- Analyze project risks and develop scenarios to overcome these risks
- Support project implementation according to the project plan
- Take part in continuous improvement of daily work processes
- Upgrade and adapt own competence, use cross organizational sharing and learning within and beyond the team of project leaders
What you will need:
- Bachelor ‘s or Master ‘s Degree ideally in a technical field
- Minimum 3+ years relevant professional experience depending on educational credentials
- Work experience with semiconductor equipment and/or processes is a benefit
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent spatial perception and a solution-focused mindset
- Ability and willingness to take ownership of projects
- Team player with a strong drive to achieve success and a pronounced hands-on mentality
- Good knowledge in Excel, Word, Power Point, Microsoft Project
- Basic knowledge in AutoCAD
- Fluent in German, both written and spoken, good English language skills are beneficial
