Work Arrangement:
This role is based remotely but if you live within a 50-mile radius of Atlanta, Austin, Detroit, Warren, Pontiac, Milford or Mountain View, you are expected to report to that location three times a week, at minimum.

As a Leadership Development Program Manager - Frontline Leaders, you will design and shape impactful learning experiences that transform our frontline managers into effective, people-centered leaders. This role is responsible for creating new development programs, guiding vendors to craft high-quality learning solutions, and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs. What You'll Do:
- Program Design & Strategy - Develop leadership development experiences that support frontline managers at all levels, from new to tenured leaders.
- Vendor Management - Evaluate, select, and manage external vendors to create and deliver impactful learning solutions, ensuring alignment with GM's leadership expectations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration - Partner closely with People Analytics, HRBPs, and internal learning teams to identify needs, measure impact, and refine program strategies.
- Consulting & Needs Assessment - Use consulting and analytical skills to identify leadership development gaps, ensuring programs align with GM's competencies and business objectives.
- Project & Program Management - Oversee program execution, ensuring seamless coordination across internal stakeholders, facilitators, and vendors.
- Learning Technology & Innovation - Leverage LMS platforms and digital learning tools to enhance the learning experience.
Additional Description
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of experience designing and implementing leadership development programs or equivalent learning experiences.
- Strong knowledge of adult human development, innovative learning practices and behavior change principles in leadership development.
- Experience in instructional design and working with vendors to produce effective learning solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong program execution, management, and analytical skills with a track record of scaling learning initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with project management and navigating procurement processes.
- Must be willing to travel up to 25%.
What Will Give You a Competitive Edge:
- Certifications in leadership assessments (e.g., StrengthsFinder, Hogan, 360 assessments).
- Functional business experience that provides insight into leadership challenges.
- Experience working with learning technology such as LMS or digital authoring tools.

- High Net Promoter Scores (NPS) and participant satisfaction.
- Measurable behavior change in leadership effectiveness.
- Effective vendor partnerships and streamlined program execution.

Compensation :
The salary range for this role is $85,100-$158,000.
The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
Bonus Potential: An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
