Hybrid: This position requires an employee to be on site 3 times per week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)What you will do/Responsibilities:The Pricing Analytics and Sales Incentives Analyst leads the calculation, approval and payment of incentives to dealers and financial institutions, ensuring compliance with policies. Develops the Commercial Policy according to monthly objectives and performs impact analysis to maximize results, collaborating with interdepartmental teams and reporting to management.ResponsabilititesLead the calculation, approval and payment of incentives to dealers and financial institutions, ensuring the accuracy and compliance of established policies.Lead the standardization and optimization of the PPI cyclePreparation and analysis of competitiveness analysis toolsDesign and propose commercial strategies according to competitiveness and objectivesPresentation at local and regional forums, deployment of commercial strategiesDevelop and manage the Commercial Policy aligned with monthly objectives, ensuring that sales and profitability goals are met.Conduct impact and penetration analysis of incentives, evaluating their effectiveness and proposing adjustments to maximize results.Collaborate with interdepartmental teams to ensure the effective implementation of commercial and incentive strategies.Monitor and report results related to incentives, presenting clear and detailed reports to management.

Required QualificationsBachelor's degree completed in Business Administration, Engineer, Economics or related Commercial Careers.Experience in similar positions or commercial positions.Knowledge in Microsoft Office + Excel: intermediate level.English: basic level.Availability to work in Bogota, Colombia, in a hybrid regime (3 times per week in person = Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)Preferred Qualifications:SAP.Power BI.Knowledge of Portuguese.For this position, relocation/transfer assistance will not be available.IMPORTANT: To view the full job description, use your Workday system in English.#LI-BSC115
