Position Overview:As a Senior Jira Administrator at Inallmedia, you will be responsible for managing and configuring Jira environments, tailoring workflows, issue types, and fields to meet project needs. You will also design and implement dashboards, reports, and automation solutions that improve data visibility and overall team productivity. This role requires a deep understanding of Jira’s configuration, strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, and the ability to document and share best practices to ensure consistent and efficient use of Jira across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Jira Project & Workflow Configuration: Create, configure, and maintain Jira projects and workflows, ensuring they align with business needs and project requirements.
- Customization & Automation: Tailor issue types, fields, and layouts, and implement Jira automation to streamline processes and increase efficiency across teams.
- Dashboards & Reporting: Design and implement custom dashboards and reports, providing visibility and actionable insights to stakeholders and project teams.
- Best Practices & Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation on Jira administration best practices, ensuring the team uses the platform efficiently and consistently.
- Support & Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support for Jira users, troubleshoot issues, and resolve technical challenges to ensure smooth operation of the platform.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, offer recommendations, and implement solutions that enhance project management workflows.
- Knowledge Sharing: Share expertise and provide training to team members on Jira functionality, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Jira Administrator with a strong understanding of Jira's configuration, workflows, and automation.
- Expertise in Jira project setup, issue types, fields, and layouts.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management best practices.
- Familiarity with other Atlassian products and their integration with Jira.
- Jira Administration Certification is required.
- Ability to design and implement custom dashboards, reports, and automation solutions within Jira.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to document and share technical information clearly.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.

- Maintaining the Database
