Job Description

We are searching for passionate JavaScript / TypeScript engineers to take an integral part in building a cross-platform web application used by hundreds of thousands of users worldwide on iOS, Android, and desktop platforms. Our technology stack is modern and based on TypeScript, React, Babylon.js, RxJs, HTML Canvas, and webpack.

Requirements:

• JavaScript and TypeScript: strong proficiency, including modern ESNext standards and advanced type usage in TypeScript; ability to write maintainable code using advanced programming patterns.
• Frameworks and Libraries (React or equivalents: Vue, Svelte, Angular): experience in developing multi-page SPA applications; understanding of architectural solutions for scalable and maintainable applications.
• State Management (MobX or equivalents: Redux, Vuex, Pinia): deep understanding of centralized state management, including performance optimization techniques when working with large data sets.
• Testing Tools (Jest and React Testing Library or equivalents: Vitest, Mocha, Jasmine): experience in writing unit tests and component testing; understanding of testing methodologies such as TDD and BDD.
• Performance: ability to profile and optimize frontend performance; experience with GPU acceleration for animations; understanding of resource loading optimization techniques.
• Education and Experience: bachelor’s degree in IT or proven work experience in the field.
• Passion for Front-End Development: genuine enthusiasm for front-end development and a commitment to continuous technical improvement.
• Problem-Solving and Communication: excellent communication skills and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving, ensuring effective collaboration within cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English: proficient in both written and spoken English.

We will appreciate:

• HTML and CSS: experience with preprocessors (Sass, Less) and modular CSS approaches (CSS Modules, PostCSS) for scalable and maintainable styling.
• Build Tools (Webpack and its plugins): proficiency in optimizing application bundling, utilizing dynamic imports, and configuring build environments for efficient deployment.
• 3D Front-End Development (Babylon.js or equivalents: Three.js): experience in creating 3D graphics in the browser, including writing custom shaders, performance optimization, and a strong understanding of transformation mathematics.
• Performance Enthusiast: passion for performance profiling, optimization, and leveraging GPU acceleration to maintain high FPS in visually rich applications.
• Complex Animations and Game Architecture: knowledge of techniques for managing complex animations and architecting high-performance, scalable games and applications.
