Job Description
- Analyze, design, code and unit test software solutions and enhancements for an application that applies business logic and routes digital currency of global transactions
- Implementation of a single development lifecycle, from Analysis and Design, Build, QA, Security, and Deployment. Begin to learn best and secure coding practices and standards
- Develop scripts for the automation of routine tasks, application health checks, self-heal scripts to foster software defined operations initiative
- Develop the backend of a dashboard displaying finance information. This includes completing software development tasks, quality assurance tasks, configuration management tasks and database engineering tasks
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors degree, OR 3+ years of relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months of work experience and a Bachelor's Degree
- Proficiency in at least one programming language or technology including, but not limited, to Java, C/C++, C#, .NET, python, Javascript, HTML
- The ability to take on challenges and address problems head-on
- Strong ability to collaborate
- Highly driven and resourceful
- Except in exceptional circumstances, undergraduate candidates who will require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future will not be considered for this position
