We have a fantastic opportunity for a Software Development Engineer to join our Adobe Experience Platform team based in Bucharest.

What You'll Do

• Be involved in all the product development and delivery stages, as part as a unified engineering team.

• Be part of an agile, highly collaborative and passionate team working on new products development

• Transform the business requirements into feature specifications

• Contribute to the development of distributed, scalable, highly available services

• Contribute to design and implementation of new features, APIs, unit and integration test suites

• Research on various technologies useful for the project and keep in touch with the evolution of the industry

• Enhance your technical and team working skills

• Perform on-call activities, on rotation with the rest of the team

• Chip in to and promote good software engineering practices across the team

What You Need To Succeed

• Passionate about computer science, developing software & internet applications

• Strong algorithm and logical skills

• Knowledge of Java technologies and frameworks (Spring, Spring Boot) and Java web application servers

• Knowledge in building and operating web services

• Knowledge on (SQL/No-SQL) database technologies

• Understanding of API design and micro-services

• Being adaptable to a dynamic environment, loves to experiment, become proficient in new technologies

• Very good problem solving skills, ability to dive deep to find the root of the problem, initiative and self-managed

• Knowledge about development and testing processes is a plus
