Java Full Stack Developer- 6 to 10 Years

It’s an amazing opportunity to join a talented team of functional and technical folks doing interesting work at the world’s largest global provider dedicated to financial s solutions. This role is a part of ‘Solution Central’ team as Full Stack developer.

What you bring -

• 10+ relevant years of experience in Full stack development profile (Java, Angular).
• Hands-on expertise of common industry frameworks like Spring Boot and Cloud, API Gateways
• Hands-on expertise of one of the Workflow Engine.
• Hands-on expertise of JavaScript frameworks such as Angular 16+, NodeJS, NestJS, and Material design.
• Expert knowledge of Microservices Architecture and design, REST APIs, Security, and deployments in high throughput environments.
• Experience of working in DevOps environments with high degree of automation of CI/CD pipelines, build promotions and code quality testing.
• Experience with Cloud native databases such as PostgreSQL.
• Added-Bonus if you have: knowledge of using Kubernetes and Dockers for deployments in development, QA, and Production
• Familiarity with monorepo based development toolsets such as Nx.
• In-depth understanding of design patterns and their application
• Fluency in developing and understanding sequence diagrams, class models, etc.
• Proficiency in solutions design and requirements definition disciplines leveraging model driven design-based tools and techniques including conceptual solution component models, business process models, use cases, etc.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization, e.g., executive, management, individual contributors
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, team and time management skills
• Ability to persuade and influence others on the best approach to take.
• Ability to estimate work effort for project sub-plans or small projects and ensure the project is successfully completed.
• Positive outlook, strong work ethic, and responsive to internal clients and contacts
  Willingly and successfully fulfills the role of teacher, mentor, and coach.

What you will be doing –

Knowledge of FIS products and services; in-depth knowledge of products and services in assigned line(s) of business.

• Design and Development of Solutions and POCs.
• Work closely with product and business teams in developing solutions.
• Ability to convert business requirement into executable code solution.
• Provide leadership to technical team.
• Ability to analyze and resolve technical query in project execution.
• Manage project and mentor and coach team to resolve their technical challenges.
• Taking decision and helping team to improve their technical skills.
• Introduce / improve development practices for project.
• Estimate work effort for project sub-plans or small projects and ensure the project is successfully completed.
