We are seeking a motivated Marketing & Communication Specialist to define and implement the marketing and communication strategy in our markets and reference customers in coordination with the entire organization and sales force. Someone who can define and communicate the Prysmian identity, its brands, and products to increase sales, being the initiator, coordinator and ambassador of Prysmian for Italy.
Main Missions:
Define and implement the marketing and communication strategy in Italy.

Relations with the sales department and the headquarters in Milan for design, consistency of data.

Participation in the definition of the brand strategy by product/channel at the local level and in coordination with the HQ.

Developing the marketing and communication plan for each business and on the main customers

Supporting the development and implementation of Customer Centricity tools in coordination with the departments IT HQ, local Sales FO/BO, R&D, etc)
Manage corporate communication:

Management of agencies, consultants and various marketing communication providers

Media Relationship and Content Creation
-
Events and Public Relations
-
Advertisement and Direct Marketing
-
Internal communication: creating internal communication tools (in collaboration with HR), for different services (QHSE, factories, ADV, logistics)

Master Degree in Business School with specialization in marketing and communication
