Job description and responsibilities / What will you do?
Do you control the testing processes, preparation of professional functional or automated tests together with test documentation? Are you motivated and willing to improve internal processes for business users, to bring logical solutions to requirements and to support production operations at the consulting level?
An important part of this role is also the analysis of our current back-office processes along with the recommendation of improvements and cooperation on their modifications, as well as the innovation and optimization of insurance processes.
This role requires a strong and adaptable personality with developed analytical skills. It is essential to have experience in managing a smaller team, communicating with stakeholders and improving processes.

Candidate requirements / What is expected from you:

University degree in economics or technology

min. 2 years of experience in insurance or finance

min. 2 years of experience in business process management

knowledge of document management solutions

experience in BPM applications or other process improvement are an advantage

PMP / BPM certification and knowledge of BPMN

experience in leading a similar team and its development

IT knowledge (advanced knowledge of MS Excel, knowledge of SQL advantage, experience with UML)

English at an intermediate level B1
