The base salary range for this position is dependent upon experience and location, ranging from: $138,343.20 - $172,929
Qualifications:
Education:
Requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Math, or Engineering.
SAP certification is highly desirable.
Experience:
Requires at least 10 years IT experience including 8 years in designing and implementing SAP ERP solutions. Experience with full project lifecycles of SAP ERP systems. Knowledge of SAP structures, configuration, standards, object dependencies, and tables is required. The incumbent must demonstrate mastery in SAP Asset Management (PM Module) and more of the following SAP modules: SAP FI-CO, SAP HR, SAP WMS or SAP Supply Chain.
Experience with S4Hana migration/transformation is desired

Purpose:
Understand the strategic direction of the IT organization, the supporting systems/technologies, and architectures at an enterprise level.
Assist in the definition of the architecture and technology needs of the IT organization based on emerging technologies. Establish priorities consistent with business needs and goals. Serve as a technical and functional consultant and advisor to IT management and the business community.
Administer, maintain, and develop applications and/or technology solutions. Provide technical expertise and support for complex technical problems.
Able to manage multiple priorities, challenging and rigid deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:

Technical subject matter expert in SAP ERP areas. Has knowledge of related products and technologies and understands systems integration. Understands the value and impact of SAP technology as it applies to business processes.

Provide technical leadership to projects, teams, and business initiatives as required. Accountable to work with project teams and management to resolve technical issues.

Maintains knowledge of emerging technological trends and utilizes this knowledge to educate both IT and the business community to better utilize SAP solutions that support and drive business decisions.

Identify and evaluate new technologies/services and establish/recommend strategic direction. Find solutions to complex technology issues, providing direction as required. Stay current on technologies within assigned business area.

Lead, plan, coordinate and provide activities associated with SAP technology. Able to adjust priorities in a dynamic fashion to account for changes in business needs.

Provides vendor management support of contract negotiating. Has supervisory responsibility for ensuring initiatives are carried out according to standards and SLA`s. Expert knowledge/experience in area of focus.

Applies risk management concepts.

Creates and enforces standards. Recommends policies and procedures.

Mentor staff on technical subjects and business-related information. Participates in the interview process as requested.

Provides input and feedback for performance reviews.

Good communication skills with a focus on asset management is required.

Prior experience successfully leading large, complex, technical development projects is required. The incumbent must possess superior leadership skills. Prior experience mentoring or coaching developers is required.
