In Ihrer Rolle als 2nd Level IT Support Specialist (m/w/d) verantworten Sie primär die lokalen Supportaufgaben und bearbeiten Störungsanalysen und -meldungen für die lokale IT Infrastruktur des Standorts Berlin. Dies beinhaltet auch die Unterstützung bei der Implementation und Betreuung von standortspezifischen IT-Lösungen.

Ihre Verantwortung

• 2nd Level und 3rd Level Support für IT-Anwender (m/w/d) am Standort Berlin und bedarfsweise an weiteren Standorten in Deutschland und Europa
• Hands-On Support und Mitarbeit bei der Netzwerkadministration und dem Serverbetrieb
• Nutzerverwaltung im Active Directory und unserem Identity Management System
• Einleitung, Prüfung und Freigabe von Beschaffungsvorgängen von IT-Komponenten
• Verantwortlich für die Dokumentation der lokalen Ressourcen (Netzwerk, Server, PCs, Drucket etc.) und IT Lösungen am Standort
• Administration, Installation, Konfiguration, Instandsetzung und Erweiterung von Hard- und Softwarekomponenten (PC, Server, Netzwerk, Drucker, Telefone)
• Entgegennahme, Ausführung und Verfolgung von Nutzeranfragen und Störmeldungen 
• Erstellung von Root-Cause Analysen und der Umsetzung notwendiger technologischer Innovationen unserer IT-Projekte

Ihre Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen

• Abgeschlossenes (Fach-)Hochschulstudium im Bereich Informatik oder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker/-in oder Informationselektroniker/-in oder IT-Systemelektroniker/-in
• Fundierte Erfahrung im Betrieb von IT-Systemen im internationalen Konzernumfeld
• Kenntnisse über den Aufbau und den Austausch von PC-, Server- und Netzwerkkomponenten 
• Routinierter Umgang mit dem Betriebssystem Microsoft Windows / Windows Server und der Microsoft Office Suite
• Gute Kenntnisse vernetzter IT Systeme (PCs, Drucker usw.)
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise, aber auch Teamfähigkeit mit guten kommunikativen und zwischenmenschlichen Fähigkeiten
