At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a IT Support to join our UniQue team in Brussels.
What will you be doing in this role?
- Provide first and second level support of end-user ICT assets
- Conducts equipment testing to and from the supply line, documents serviceability status
- Perform staging of all end user devices using the Microsoft Configuration Manager system (MCM) and relevant toolsets
- Updating inventory databases
- Perform the enrolment or handout of all staged devices to the end user
- Investigates and resolves technical issues in a systematic approach
- Maintains sound knowledge on implemented technologies
What will you be bringing to the team?
- Have at least a High School Diploma
- A minimum 4 years post-related experience
- Have a Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) Certification is considered a plus
- Have ITIL Certification in Service Operations is a plus
- Good knowledge of IT administration tools used in ICT Service Management (e.g. Microsoft Configuration Manager)
- Expertise with recent and current Windows operating systems and common Windows desktop applications, such as MS Office and Adobe.
- Understanding of IT hardware and auxiliary computer equipment
- Broad knowledge of computer network technology in a Microsoft Windows environment
- Experience of working in an international environment comprising both military and civilian is considered an advantage.
- Proficiency in English language at B2 level
