In this role you’ll make an impact by:
Routine
- Primarily working the APAC hours.
- Handling/triaging inbound Incidents and Requests via tickets
- Handling inbound calls from users via MS Teams translating them into tickets
- Ensuring timely responses depending on the complexity of an Incident and Request
- Handling walk ins and MS Teams assistance requests (Chats/Calls)
- Maintaining our hardware inventory ensuring availability and replacement timelines (Asset Management)
- Reporting potential incidents via available channels
- Network downtime monitoring
- First line security incident reporting
Ad-Hoc
- Identifying areas for improvement towards our ITSM routine
- Finding alternative and effective solutions and have them disseminated across global teams
- Documenting complex information and identifying ways to simplify solutions
To succeed you must hold:
- Candidates who have practice-oriented training or a Diploma/Bachelors degree in Information Technology or similar.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in user support
- Fluent in Mandarin and English both written and spoken
- Good knowledge about Windows 10, Office 365, Print, Basic Networking, VoIP and similar
- A self-reliant individual with a structured work ethic and a team player
