Job Description
Join our team as an IT Support Specialist (1st Line) and become an essential part of our IT operations. You will be responsible for supporting end-users, maintaining hardware, and ensuring smooth operation of IT systems and networks. Your role will include troubleshooting, configuration, and administration within a collaborative global IT environment.
Your Role:
- Provide support for user workstation hardware (laptops, printers, monitors, etc.).
- Offer assistance with Microsoft family services (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, M365).
- Support users in Microsoft 365 and other business applications.
- Maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows systems efficiently.
- Handle installation and configuration of new systems per internal standards.
- Collaborate with Group IT for network equipment operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support or a similar function.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows systems and basic Office 365 administration.
- Experience with ticketing systems and diagnosing network issues (preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to perform under time pressure.
- Independent, reliable, and committed to delivering quality solutions.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English, enabling seamless communication with global teams.
- Experience with basic MS Exchange functions - nice to have.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Intune - nice to have.
Additional Information
- Work is conducted in a hybrid system: 2 days a week from one of our office in Poznan.
