We’ll Provide:

What You’ll Do:
- Troubleshoot laptops and network connections
- Set up new devices
- Support employees in-person and online
- Manage IT projects
- Provide excellent customer service
Skills You’ll Need:
- Valid license and reliable transportation - This specific position should be comfortable traveling to Menlo Park/Palo Alto, as well as occasionally other destinations between San Mateo and Sunnyvale
- Minimum 4 years IT industry experience in a corporate environment supporting end users
- Soft Skills: Ability to work with C level folks, attention to detail, self-motivated
- Experience with Office 365, Meraki, Intune, Okta
- Excellent understanding of managing Windows systems
- Excellent understanding of managing and using SaaS apps
- A strong understanding of networking computers and management of mobile devices (iPhone/Android) in a corporate environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on being clear, concise, and friendly
- Ability to lift 30+ lbs computer equipment and hardware, climb ladders, and use hand tools where necessary
