Requirements:

  • Must possess at least five (5) years relevant experience.
  • Experience with SharePoint Online Development in order to support site object creation (List, Libraries and Web Parts) for SDCC SharePoint Online Sites.
  • Must have working Knowledge and experience with data visualization software – Power BI.
  • Must have working knowledge and experience with Power Automate.
  • Must have working knowledge and experience with PowerApps.
  • Demonstrated experience and understanding using M365 Connectors within the Power Platform.
  • Must have working knowledge of SharePoint Online Site Administration within the DoD Tenant.
  • Must have working knowledge of ITIL Processes within ServiceNow Environment.
  • Understand DLA PII Policies and apply solutions needed to support variety of reporting and collaboration structures within the Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Understanding and experience utilizing JSON for SharePoint Lists and Forms in a modern site.
  • Understand methodologies for preparing, modeling, visualizing, and analyzing data to support decisions and reporting of information containing PII and PHI.
  • Must have working knowledge accessing and processing data from a range of data sources including both relational and non-relational data.
  • Demonstrate implementation of proper security standards and policies across the MS Power Platform spectrum including datasets and groups
  • Experience in agile and hybrid low-code application development.
  • Experience with deployment of reports and dashboards within MS Power BI.
  • Experience with SharePoint Online Site Collection Administration including (but not limited to)
  • Experience with Modern Site Configuration within SharePoint Online including Hub and Associate Site Architecture.
  • Experience with application programming interfaces (APIs) in order to support Low-Code/No[1]Code. Development Platform models within M365 and SharePoint Online.
  • Experience using low-code/no-code business process modeling tools within M365 (Power Platform).
  • Working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office tools to maintain JETS RFQ# SP4709-25-Q-1003 DLA J8 Financial Website documentation to include but not limited to Functional Requirements, Development Guide, Training Guide, and Program Site Documentation
  • In-depth knowledge of supporting business collaboration though all capabilities designed to be delivered through Modern SharePoint Online.
  • Working knowledge of requiring business functional requirements and creating High Level, Detailed, and Application-Level IT System requirements.
  • Working knowledge with development of user stories and building Epics to manage IT projects.
  • Demonstrates experience with ServiceNow to include but not limited to IT Service Manager (ITSM) and IT Business Management (ITBM).
  • Knowledge of Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act (29 U.S.C. 794d) compliancy requirements Site Permissions, Settings, Configuration and Security.

Preferences:

  • An active Secret clearance.
  • Prefer Certification in Microsoft Power Platform (PL-300 – MS Power BI Data Analysis).
