Position: Onsite IT Support Specialist
Contract Duration: 30 days
Location: Fountain Valley, Lakewood, Los Alamitos, Placentia, CA (Applicants can select their preferred location)
Compensation: $25-28 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Deliver onsite IT support to facilitate the onboarding and setup procedures for approximately 4000 recently acquired employees.
- Aid in configuring and establishing email accounts and multifactor authentication for new staff.
- Resolve technical challenges associated with onboarding processes promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate closely with the IT team to ensure the seamless integration of new personnel into existing systems and workflows.
- Maintain meticulous records of completed tasks and ensure adherence to company policies and protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to employees with diverse levels of technical proficiency.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in IT support or a related field is preferred.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capable of working autonomously and effectively prioritizing tasks.
- Familiarity with email setup and multifactor authentication systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Must be vaccinated or willing to adhere to onsite mask-wearing protocols as per company policy.
Start Date: Ideally, candidates should be available to commence work next week, but no later than the 18th of this month for training.
