Work Location/Shift Timings- Gurgaon Sec-54 (Work from office) Mon to Fri, 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM
• Install and configure software and computer systems - Windows desktops
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks including communication with client on the matter of IT support
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues with software or hardware.
• Familiarity with Remote desktop Applications.
• Walk colleagues or clients through steps to help them resolve their technical problems.
• Maintain procedures and reports that provide technical support to the entire organization.
• Analyze records and logs to spot underlying trends and potential issues.
• Support the implementation of new solutions or applications.
• Establish accounts for new users and assist with password or login problems.
• Participate in business-wide meetings to provide insight into technical requirements
• Should have minimum experience of 6+ years in similar role
