Responsibilities:

Active Directory

User Management: Create, manage, and troubleshoot user accounts, groups, and permissions in Active Directory, both on-premises and on-cloud (Microsoft Entra ID).

Technical Support: Provide technical support for AD-related issues, including login problems, access issues, and system errors.

Email

Email Management: Handle and resolve email-related issues, including configuration, connectivity and security, on user’s systems and devices.

User Support: Provide technical assistance to users experiencing email problems, such as login issues, email delivery failures, calendar etc., on both laptops and mobile devices.

Microsoft 365

User Support: Provide technical assistance to users experiencing issues with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Office apps.

System Administration: Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 tenant, including user accounts, licenses, and security settings

Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft 365 services and applications.

Security Management: Implement and manage security measures, such as multi-factor authentication (MFA), data loss prevention (DLP), and compliance policies.

File Sharing

User Support: Provide technical assistance to users experiencing issues with file sharing systems, including setup, access, and troubleshooting.

System Administration: Manage and maintain file sharing platforms (e.g., SharePoint, OneDrive, Google Drive) to ensure optimal performance and security.

Access Management: Configure and manage user permissions and access controls to ensure data security and compliance.

Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to file sharing, including connectivity problems, synchronization errors, and file corruption.

Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Expertise: Have knowledge of Active Directory, email systems (e.g., Microsoft Exchange, Office 365), email protocols (SMTP, IMAP, POP3), Microsoft 365 services and applications, including administration and troubleshooting, file sharing systems and relate technologies.

Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting skills to effectively diagnose and resolve issues related to the above.

Communication: Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with users and other IT team members.

Experience: Typically requires 3+ years of experience in IT support, with a focus on Active Directory, Email System and Microsoft 365.

Other

Basic knowledge of DNS and Networking.
