RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide comprehensive hardware, software, and end-user support for unresolved issues, adhering to documented procedures and service level targets to ensure effective business operations.
- Deliver exceptional end-user support by addressing inquiries and resolving IT-related issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Utilize standard office equipment and software proficiently, offering technical guidance as needed.
- Support business processes independently, showcasing strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Perform additional relevant tasks as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with prior customer service experience in a call center setting will have a competitive advantage.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin (Simplified Chinese) is required.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of computer operating systems and strong PC literacy.
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication abilities with a strong orientation towards customer service. Demonstrated capability to resolve problems efficiently and accurately.
- Work Ethic: Commitment to the role, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
