Job Description:
Inallmedia is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated IT Support Specialist with 3+ years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of IT support processes, a keen interest in technology, and the ability to provide efficient and effective solutions to ensure optimal functioning of our internal systems and user environments. The role will require proficiency in key Microsoft business applications and experience in supporting both Windows and MacOS platforms. Additionally, strong Jira administration skills are essential to ensure the smooth functioning of our project management environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for Microsoft core business applications, including Windows OS, Active Directory, Office 365, and Azure Active Directory.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MacOS and associated applications, ensuring seamless integration within the organization's infrastructure.
  • Manage device provisioning and user account management processes.
  • Utilize ticketing systems to manage and resolve support requests promptly, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining up-to-date documentation.
  • Implement and monitor cybersecurity best practices, including vulnerability management to protect the company’s IT infrastructure.
  • Maintain and improve Jira configurations and workflows to enhance the efficiency of our project management processes.
  • Provide hands-on support for Jira and other Atlassian products, ensuring their effective use across departments.
  • Offer proactive guidance on the use of IT tools, ensuring users are equipped with the knowledge to maximize productivity.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.
  • Constantly strive for self-improvement and contribute to ongoing learning within the IT support domain.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in IT support, particularly with Microsoft’s core business applications.
  • Proficiency in Windows OS, Active Directory, Office 365, and Azure Active Directory.
  • Experience supporting MacOS and Mac applications.
  • Solid understanding of device provisioning and user account management.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and maintaining support documentation.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and vulnerability management techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and effective time management.
  • Positive, easy-going, and collaborative personality that fosters a healthy work culture.
  • Proven experience (2-5 years) as a Jira Administrator or in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Jira configuration and other related Atlassian products.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies, particularly agile, and Jira automation.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or Jira Administration Certification are desirable.
