As an IT Support Assistant, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of IT support troubleshooting in a role that offers direct engagement with users and autonomy in resolving issues. You will support our Perth office, the East Coast of Australia, Darwin, and London, helping users in a hands-on capacity.
As this position is supporting the Perth office, you will be required to be in the office 5 days a week.
You are:
- Passionate about IT support and eager to move beyond traditional phone-based roles into a more hands-on, engaging environment.
- Someone who enjoys owning your domain by taking responsibility for closing tickets and interacting directly with end users.
- Technically inclined with experience in IT support and a strong foundation in the Microsoft stack (Active Directory, Entra ID).
- Someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, values teamwork, and seeks an opportunity to learn and grow.
- Keen to be part of a supportive and innovative team culture where professional development is encouraged.
And the practical experience:
- Experience in a Service Desk or IT Support role, with a focus on providing technical support and solving problems.
- Experience with Active Directory and Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) for user account management.
- Hands-on experience with hardware management, including setup and troubleshooting of IT equipment (laptops, desktops, peripherals).
