The role
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an IT Support Analyst to join our Technology team in Sydney. This is a full-time role on an initial 6 month fixed-term contract.
This role requires flexibility with your working hours on a rotational roster and some weekends as required.
Key responsibilities
As part of a team of 7 IT Support Analysts, you will be responsible for providing technical support to the firm's employees. Your focus will be to trouble shoot and problem solve Level 1 IT-related issues and escalate to Level 2 and 3 when required. You will liaise directly with internal customers via various modes of communication including over the phone, Teams, email and in-person.
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will have 1 to 2 years' experience in Level 1 IT support providing outstanding customer service delivery to internal customers. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to providing efficient and friendly service are critical for success in this role.
The following skills and experience are required:

The ability to identify when issues require escalation to level 2 and 3 support

Experience with Windows 7/10, Outlook 2010/2016, and desktop virtualisation familiarity

Familiarity with document management systems (e.g. Worksite and printing support)

Experience supporting Remote Access, A/V, Tablet and iPhone queries

Excellent communication skills (oral and written) with strong phone etiquette

A strong focus on customer satisfaction and working to SLAs

Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle and prioritise multiple competing tasks

Previous experience in a professional services environment would be highly regarded
