TITLE: IT Solutions Engineer

To support our vision in driving technological advances, we are seeking a skilled, people-oriented Solutions Engineer to join our Modern Workplace team responsible for designing and implementing innovative IT solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business. Ideal candidates thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a passion for serving others, while also possessing a demonstrable set of development and technical skills.
JOB DUTIES
- Develop and implement IT solutions that automate and optimize business workflows and processes.
- Develop scripts and workflows as needed for automated deployment.
- Develop custom applications to solve specific business challenges.
- Generate design documents, best practice configurations, and test procedures.
- Collaborate with business constituents to identify their technical requirements and business objectives.
- Execute testing to validate system performance in accordance with the developed test plan and criteria.
- Recommend improvements to the existing architecture and process to reduce repetitive or time-intensive tasks in favor of automated solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT solutions.
- Provide subject matter expertise on cloud toolsets and best practices.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 5+ years designing and implementing IT solutions in complex business environments.
- Must have strong knowledge of scripting languages, including PowerShell and Python (required) with C#, JavaScript, Node.js, and React being preferred.
- Comfortable working with REST & SOAP APIs along with related technologies.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft cloud technologies, including Azure, Entra ID and Microsoft 365.
- Strong knowledge of development standards such as code repositories and CI/CD and their supporting applications (GitHub, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, etc.)
- Proficiency in business process automation, focusing on usage of cloud native toolsets such as Azure Automation, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Azure App Services.
- Troubleshoot and solve advanced and complex problems as they arise.
- Work independently on assigned projects. As well as effectively and cooperatively with administrators, staff, and users.
- The ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Knowledge of Salesforce, AWS, GCP, and AI technologies is a plus.

John Morgan became a lawyer with a simple mission: To fight for the people, and not the powerful.
