Ardian is a fast-growing company that recruited over 37 apprentices in 2022. Note that 44% of apprentices who have completed their studies have been converted to permanent contracts following their apprenticeship. Their professional and personal development is therefore a priority.
As an apprentice, you will be considered a key resource within our teams. You will quickly be given responsibility and be closely monitored by your internship tutor and by human resources throughout your experience.
Within this learning company, you will have the chance to join a bright and diverse community of interns and apprentices. Several events are organized to broaden your knowledge and network (integration seminar, conferences, after-work sessions, meetings with former trainees and apprentices, etc.).

Within Ardian, there is a diversity of teams and professions. Here are our main roles:
The main missions of the Investment teams are to:
- Gather and analyze information on target companies, their competitors, and their sectors of activity, prepare documentation, and participate in meetings with sector experts, asset managers, etc.;
- Evaluate investment opportunities (business analysis, company valuation, search for comparables, etc.);
- Carry out the investment process (drafting investment memorandum and due diligence reviews, etc.) within the target company;
- Monitor portfolio companies to create value.
The Investor Relations team is responsible for fund-raising activities and managing relations with existing and potential investors. The team is structured around 5 sub-teams: Sales, Product Management, Client Servicing, Client Onboarding, and Client Administration.
The Fund Finance team is in charge of financial control, reporting, and monitoring the performance of Ardian's funds. This includes 8 sub-teams - Secondaries & Primaries, Private Credit, Buyout, Co-Investment, Infrastructure, Real Estate, Growth and Customized Solutions.
Finally, there are a variety of Support teams representing over 60% of the total workforce. They work in collaboration with all the teams to contribute to Ardian's success: IT, Legal, Communication, Human Resources, Sustainability, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Valuation, etc.

Our investment teams:
We are looking for candidates with a master’s degree specializing in Corporate Finance and with previous experience in finance such as experiences in M&A, transaction services, and investment funds are particularly appreciated.
Our Fund Finance teams:
We are looking for candidates with a master’s degree in finance. Experience in auditing, management control, accounting, or equivalent is particularly appreciated.
