You provide software and application expertise and analysis to support implementation of the strategy and the solution.
How you will contribute
You will provide expert consultation for a specific software or application, leading on issues and resolutions, optimizing service delivery to meet business demands and the service operations strategy. To excel in this role, you will recommend steps to optimize investments and benefits and to mitigate risks for a specific application. In addition, you will identify suppliers, evaluate them, on-board new vendors, and oversee them, work with project resources to provide design collateral and to configure software components that are aligned with security policy and governance, ensure adherence configuration standards and processes, and share your knowledge of the technology with relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Good understanding of Agile and DevOps concepts including key principles
- Understanding of different Agile frameworks with focus on Kanban and Scrum incl. Scrum activities/events, artefacts and key roles/responsibilites in this framework
- Experience in managing requirements based on epics/user stories and knowledge of good practises and frameworks that can be utilized in this space
- Experience with facilitating backlog refinement sessions of cross functional teams, translating business requirements and processes into flow-charts and delivery team user stories mapped onto the technical sollution stack
- Understanding of business processes and the role of Sales Force Automation products in Sales Execution
- Knowledge and experience in usage of collaboration and test management tools (JIRA/qTest) would be an advantage
- Good general understanding of business processes in FMCG/CPG company;
- Excellent English, Spanish written and spoken; Portuguese is an advatange
- Strong in Problem Solving, analytical and collaboration skills to work with colleagues in different markets and regions.
- Excellent communications skills both verbal, written and cross cultural;
- A collaborative approach, including effective conflict management
- Strong focus on building cost effective innovations and services
Main Responsibilities:
- Work with Technical Product Owners (TPOs) on the design and evaluation process for new features: analyze and review requirements in product backlog, organize refinement sessions and update and prioritize the backlog accordingly
- Work with Business Product Owners (BPOs) on creation of user stories in JIRA or other tools, support as required to ensure quality, consistency and adherance to best practises incl. acceptance criteria
- Work with Supplier to ensure that requirements are well understood and that estimates provided with relevant solution design documents are captured in corresponding tools i.e. JIRA or QB tracker and meet expected standards
- Identify and manage solution dependencies with other other products and engage with Integration Lead to understand the impact on middleware components
- Engage with Business Product Owner, Technical Product Owner and Technical Solution Architect to finalize the design, obtain required approvals and align on development plan
- Engage with Release Team to align on release scope for planning, execution and monitoring product releases and test preparation in qTest for each Sprint/Release - as required
