Job Summary

• This position is responsible for executing functional and non-functional testing. Assisting in creating standardized test plans and estimating costs of testing efforts. Conduct impact analysis of new functionality and develop estimates for testing efforts. Assist in creation and management of testing project plans. Execute various systems, integration, regression, and ad-hoc tests according to approved test plans and testing schedule. Ensure the creation of weekly testing dashboards. Reports on test preparation and execution status. Raise issues and risks to testing timeline such as deliverable hand off delays, environment readiness issues, etc. Manage defect reports for issues found during testing and provide accurate testing status to project stakeholders.

Required Job Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor Degree and 2 years Information Technology experience OR Technical Certification and/or College Courses and 4 year Information Technology experience OR 6 years Information Technology experience.
  • Knowledge of technologies testing.
  • Knowledge of application and infrastructure integration.
  • Knowledge of SDLC Methodology - Agile / Scrum / Iterative Development.
  • Knowledge of ITIL.
  • Knowledge of code versioning / code merge.
  • Knowledge of Iterative / Agile / Scrum development.
  • Knowledge of mobile testing.
  • Knowledge of ALM/SQL/SDM.
  • Knowledge of performance center.
  • Knowledge of HP LoadRunner, QualityCenter and other QA and testing tools.
  • Knowledge of web technologies - HTML/CSS/Java/ASP.Net/PHP/Ruby/C#.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages - BASH / PERL / PYTHON / RUBY.
  • Knowledge of traditional app technology – C++, COBOL, Perl, SAP, etc.
  • Ability to tie together solutions across systems.
  • Ability to execute.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Problem solving and analytical thinking.

Preferred Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • Testing methodologies.
  • Continuous improvement.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Base Pay Range$54,800.00 - $121,100.00
